Doctor Who X-mas Special Pics + Doctor Who Confidential Cancelled?

OK so first of all the Doctor Who behind-the-scenes show 'Doctor Who Confidential' has been cancelled, must to the distress and anger of its avid followers who immediately began a petition to stop the cancellation.

The BBC said : "The Doctor Who spin-off series, Doctor Who Confidential, has been a great show for BBC3 over the years, but our priority now is to build on original British commissions, unique to the channel."

Shame, but there you go.

Secondly here are some pics from the upcoming X-mas episode which should raise some questions...

Love this 3-D hologram .gif too! :P

Justice League: Doom - Cast Announced + Images

The voice cast for the next DC animated movie 'Justice League: Doom" has recently been announced and a couple of images came with them.

Providing the voice for Superman is Tim Daly, reprising the role that began in Superman: The Animated Series, and for which he returned in the made for DVD films Superman/Batman: Public Enemies and Superman/Batman: Apocalypse.

Kevin Conroy is back at Batman, continuing his legacy as the voice of the Dark Knight that began back in the early 1990s on Batman: The Animated Series and continues in many modern versions of the character.

Nathan Fillion, who voiced Hal Jordan in the Green Lantern: Emerald Knights is back with his power ring. On the Justice League series GL was represented by John Stewart as voiced by Phil Lemarr.

Michael Rosenbaum is back as the Flash. Particularly interesting is that while Rosenbaum was voicing the Flash on Justice League, he was starring as Lex Luthor in Smallville.

Carl Lumbly is back from Justice League to voice Martian Manhunter, while Susan Eisenberg reprises the role of Wonder Woman. Additionally, Cyborg is in the mix, and he's being voiced by The Game's Bumper Robinson.

Expect Justice League: Doom, loosely adapted from Mark Waid's Tower of Babel storyline by the late Dwayne McDuffie, to be released in February on Blu-ray and DVD in the US and hopefully the UK.

Michelle Rodriguez Back For Resident Evil: Retribution?

News on the web this week states that Michelle Rodriguez may be reprising her 2002 role of Umbrella Corp's Rain Ocampo in the 5th installment of the Resident Evil franchise "Retribution".

Now if memory serves me Rain was shot dead near the end of the first movie after being infected with the zombie virus... So is her return going to be a flashback of sorts? Or does she somehow recover from the hole-in-the-head and zombie affliction to join forces with Alice?

We'll have to wait and see!

Batman: The Dark Knight Rises - Catwoman Set Pics

So here they are finally... The first full body images of Anne Hathaway dressed in her full Catwoman outfit  with mask and ears.

Queue the comments filled with hate and loathing... One thing to mention is that some bright spark managed to pick up on the fact that not only has Selina Kyle managed to nab the Batpod off of Batman (seemingly) but it also looks like her headgear may actually be a stripped down version of Batman's cowl (as seen in the image at the bottom of this post). So has Catwoman stolen Waynetech gear for her own devices or is she helping Batman and he's lent/given her these things? Most probably the former...

Enjoy!
