Vojislava Lukić (Serbian Cyrillic: Војислава Лукић; born March 31, 1987) is a Serbian former professional tennis player. Born and raised in Subotica (now Serbia, former SFR Yugoslavia), she achieved her highest career ranking as No. 203 in singles on August 20, 2007, and No. 223 in doubles on October 8, 2008.[2] As of April 6, 2009, Lukić is ranked No. 1093 in singles and No. 594 in doubles.[1][2]
Lukić won three ITF singles titles in 2006, all in Romania – in Piteşti, Medias and Bucharest. She also played for Serbia Fed Cup team in 2007, alongside Jelena Janković, Ana Jovanović and Ana Timotić.[3]
Lukić played her last singles tournament in September 2008 in Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands. At the same tournament she also appeared in doubles, partnering with Darija Jurak. For all intents and purposes Lukić retired right after that as she stopped playing competitive tennis at the age of 21. Then in December 2009 she briefly came out of this semi-retirement and appeared in doubles competition with Bojana Jovanovski at the tournament in Dubai. She announced her official retirement shortly afterwards.[4]
